We are 15 years old this year!

The journey to Lets Collaborate started with one simple thought :

"There has to be a better way to live".

This prompted a leap of faith when I identified a gap in the market. There was no-one who could provide the support services I needed as an employee responsible for a large SharePoint rollout. Microsoft invited me to a budding user group where I found my feet, my voice and my purpose. I went from Project Administrator to an award-winning, internationally recognised business owner who stepped into her true power. I now captivate attention on Board level.

Instrumental in growing small group of people into a country-wide, events driven, business and technical community; I can confidently say I put South Africa on the global SharePoint map. I’ve flown all over the world evangelizing South Africa and brought international conferences to our shores.

​ Lets Collaborate started as an end-user training business that has evolved into a high-functioning consultancy, attracting blue-chip, Billion Rand a year clients. We are fully booked most of the year and win the clients we need to grow spiritually, emotionally and financially. Michelle has 12 years of fulltime SharePoint, automation and forms experience making her our Queen of the Custom Lists! She ended her 25-year banking industry career as an award-winning Global Operations Manager before becoming a technology expert and senior consultant.

She’s designed, built, re-engineered and streamlined highly complex business processes to make companies super-efficient. Michelle mastered SharePoint workflows, SharePoint Designer 2010 and 2013 workflows, Nintex and Power Automate workflows; and is now wrapping her head around the Copilot way of doing things. She’s a hotshot at Customised Forms in Power Apps. The end user experience is always top of her mind, because never has anyone said looking at a solution : “wow, what nice coding”.
