1. What is Lets Collaborate?
Lets Collaborate is a niche consultancy in South Africa specializing in providing SharePoint intranet services that help teams and businesses work together effectively at scale.
2. How can Lets Collaborate benefit my business or project?
We bring nearly 2 decades of operational, hands-on experience auditing nearly 200 company’s data to structure it more efficiently using SharePoint and associated tools in Microsoft 365.
3. Who are your typical clients?
Our typical clients are medium to large businesses looking to improve document and data management within their teams or across industries. We do also help small businesses from time to time.
4. What industries do you specialize in?
We specialize in working with industries such as finance, technology, engineering, healthcare, education, and more.
5. How does Lets Collaborate differ from other service companies?
All of us come from business backgrounds, not IT backgrounds. We were the client, like you. We transitioned to IT careers when SharePoint came our way, bringing all our business focus and end user experience with us.

Our services include project management, full service rollouts, adhoc engagements, migrations, assessments, workshops and training.
7. Do you offer virtual or in-person services?
Yes, we provide both virtual and in-person services depending on location – we can serve the greater Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Pietermaritzburg areas in person. We can travel further if required, travel costs to be covered by the client.
8. Can I customize your packages to suit my needs?
Absolutely! Our packages are fully customizable to meet your specific business needs.
9. Are there any specific tools or platforms you use to facilitate collaboration?
Yes. We are specialists in SharePoint Online as part of the broader Microsoft 365 suite of applications. We use Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Forms, Planner, Viva, Entra, Exchange, Power Automate, Power Apps and others, depending on your requirements.

Our onboarding process includes an initial consultation, an audit / assessment of your content, and a custom proposal tailored to your goals.
13. How do you ensure seamless collaboration between teams?
We use our project management methodology to provide transparency on the project during all phases. Because we touch all aspects of a business, we identify overlap and bring teams together to collaborate in those areas.
14. Can you help with conflict resolution during collaborative projects?
Yes, we help teams resolve conflicts by gathering all the information from both sides and proposing compromises. This builds stronger relationships.
15. How do you measure the success of a SharePoint project?
We track metrics such as project outcomes, team satisfaction, efficiency improvements, compliments received, and letters of reference provided.

We offer discounts for long-term engagements only, on a retainer basis of 24-months.
20. Is there a free trial or consultation available?
Yes, we offer a free 1-hour consultation to help you explore how we can assist you.

21. Is your platform or service secure and private?
Yes, we use your Microsoft 365 ecosystem, using credentials you provide us, to build the solutions you need, and adhere to your security protocols, like multi-factor authentication.
22. What technology or tools do you use to communicate?
We use Teams, Outlook and WhatsApp to communicate with each other and you.
23. Can I integrate SharePoint with other software I use?
Yes, if there is an API available. We work with you to integrate the platform with your existing tools using Power Automate.
24. Do you provide technical support if issues arise?
Yes, we provide ongoing technical support throughout our engagement on either SharePoint, email, Teams, WhatsApp or phone call, as is your preference.
25. Are your solutions accessible remotely and mobile-friendly?
Yes, all our services are accessible remotely. If you need mobile-friendly, we build that way from the beginning.

27. What are your customer service hours?
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (South Africa time GMT +2). However, we tell all our clients to contact us 24/7 if there is a SharePoint emergency.
28. Do you offer on-site support for businesses?
Yes, on-site support is available for clients within our service regions of Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Pietermaritzburg.
29. Can I get a dedicated account manager for my project?
Absolutely! We provide a dedicated account manager for all major projects based on best culture fit.
30. How quickly can I expect a response to my inquiry?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 12 hours.

Many IT companies across South Africa specialise in the aspects of Microsoft 365 that we don’t play in, like AD management, Dynamix 365, infrastructure management, Azure etc. Many of them don’t understand SharePoint and the other business facing tools that make up effective intranets. We can be your SharePoint implementation partner while you take care of the rest.
33. Do you have partnerships in place now?
Yes, we work with DAC Systems, ARM-IT and Nascom.
34. Are there specific criteria for collaboration or partnership?
Our criteria include alignment of goals, a collaborative mindset, and mutual value creation. This is very important to us to protect both our brands.
